Rev Up Your Lead Generation with Sendvilla: A Marketing Consultant’s Honest Review

I am a marketing consultant with over 10 years of experience in the B2B industry. I mainly focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) products and call center services for technology companies. The companies I work with are doing very well, with some having six-figure ARR. Of course, I would love it if I could say that every company’s success is credited to me, but in reality, there is no one-man army that could generate an insane amount of revenue alone. You need an amazing team of people to take an idea from execution to product to get things started. After it starts, you need to get people to buy into the dream.

So, how do you do that? You equip your team with the best possible tools to help them be at the top of their game and help you grow to millions. That’s why I’m making this blog series of honest reviews on tools you can use to elevate your team and your sales performance, so you don’t have to try a gazillion tools to start.

This time we’re talking about lead generation, and an impressive tool that claims to save not just your money but also your time, Sendvilla.

I’ve tried this tool for about a year now, and here’s what I think this tool could bring to your company:

The Pros:

Search and call. Sendvilla offers a complete set of tools you can use to maximize your lead generation output. Starting with their easy search lead flow, you only need to insert the keywords you are targeting and choose your market location. Their algorithm will instantly give a list of leads you can filter to your needs. When you’re done filtering, you can choose to send your first contact email using their in-house email feature.

Bang for the buck. Lead generation could be costly, so this tool could be your gateway for any early-stage company to get leads. With an offer as little as $9 for 50 leads, I couldn’t imagine a more worthwhile lead gen tool you should try out. I would recommend trying their cheapest option first before deciding to upgrade, as you can easily go through 50 leads in a day if you’re serious about getting clients.

Time-saving. You guessed it, the only thing you need to do is put in your desired client, and the tool would magically send you enough leads for you to check out. This gives your prospecting activities more time, and you can set your priorities with other important activities.

Different packages. When you’ve already tried the tool and feel that it’s a good fit for your company, you can easily upgrade your plan to the many plans that they have. I would seriously consider upgrading as they become cheaper per lead if you upgrade your plan. And if a thousand or so leads isn’t enough, you always have the option to contact their customer service to get your own customized plan.

With every pro a tool can give, there will always be a con, so here’s mine:

A limited database. While it’s not a limited database per se, Sendvilla uses Google and Facebook Pixel databases which are widely used for businesses. However, the tool only allows access to those who are already registered in one of the two databases available. If you want to target potential customers who don’t have an online presence, you may need to do some additional research on your own. However, this is a minor issue that can be easily resolved.

My verdict:

Sendvilla is a must-try for early-stage companies, small businesses, or freelancers looking to get their first customer or even expand their market. It is probably the easiest tool you can jump to right now, and it won’t make you go bankrupt.
